Compliance

OMISA undertakes to observe laws and standards in force and shapes its activity according to generally accepted ethical and societal standards.

OMISA as a company considers its vision of doing business to be the cornerstone of business success. This vision sets forth a company-wide philosophy of doing business characterized by probity, ethics, and personal responsibility.

OMISA’s corporate governance and social compliance is the framework that governs the actions by the company, including its staff and officers, based on its fundamental principles of responsible conduct.

Along with the promotion of human rights, these principles include conditions of labor complying with core standards of employment (for instance, prohibition of child labor, prohibition of discrimination, and abidance by staff’s employment rights) and environment-aware conduct as well as the promotion of social and civil commitment by the staff.

OMISA sees its vision of doing business as a standard it sets for itself and, at the same time, as a commitment unto the outside world.

Accordingly, corporate governance based on social responsibility and social commitment are just as important for OMISA as is its success in business!
